Peacci Brand Partner Terms and Conditions

Here are the full terms and conditions for the Peacci Brand Partner programme. Use of your "unique code" by anyone buying Peacci products, will be taken as your full compliance of these terms:

1. Only fully qualified nail technicians may become Peacci Brand Partners.
2. You must have a UK bank account and enter correct details on the signup form.
3. We will send you an email containing your “unique code”, and details of how to access your peacci.com account when the programme officially launches.
4. Your “unique code” must be used by your customers every time they make a purchase on peacci.com. No discount is due and no commission is payable if the code is not used.
5. The code will give your customers a 10% discount off the advertised price of the product (excluding shipping costs). This can be in addition to any sales or promotions we might be running at the time unless otherwise specified in offer terms and conditions.
6. We will send you information to the email address you provide containing a link to the Peacci Brand Partner Marketing Pack.
7. You CAN promote your “unique code” on your social media accounts.
8. Your commission will be calculated based on orders placed using your “unique code” from the total transaction value AFTER the 10% Brand Partner discount has been deducted, minus shipping and VAT.
9. Payments will be calculated and paid into the UK bank account details which are provided to us in the signup form. Payments will be processed at the end of each month, once a month. We currently cannot make payments to overseas bank accounts or PayPal.
10. In agreeing to become a Peacci Brand Partner you understand that Peacci makes no warranties or representations (whether expressed or implied) with respect to the Brand Partner Programme or your potential to earn income as a Brand Partner, or that our website will be available or error-free at any time.
11. We will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from or relating to your membership of our Brand Partner Programme, including without limitation damages claimed as a result of our website or our products being unavailable or not performing for any period of time.
12. Once accepted, you will be a Peacci Brand Partner, and your “unique code” will be operative from the day you receive the Marketing Pack and the programme will operate until further notice.
13. Please note that you are prohibited from posting your “unique code” on any social media accounts, pages and groups used by the company. If we spot this happening, you may be temporarily suspended from the programme. Continuous misuse may result in the termination of the partnership.
14. You are prohibited from using your “unique code” for your own purchases.
15. Dormant accounts will not be kept open if there is no activity for three months, we reserve the right to close your Brand Partner account, settling any remaining balance.
16. Daisy's Nail Company Limited (TA The GelBottle Inc and Peacci) reserves the right to change or update, even materially, the above terms and conditions at their absolute discretion, if considered necessary and without notice.

Increased commission of 20% for Peacci Brand Partners will run from 06/01/21. Peacci reserves the right to amend, end or extend this promotion at any time, without warning, as they see fit.
